These Terms govern your use of Jevu, an AI meeting-notetaker product ("Jevu", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Jevu, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Jevu sends a bot into your online meetings (or accepts an uploaded recording), transcribes the audio, generates an AI summary with key points and action items, lets you search and ask questions across your meetings, and — if you connect it — pushes the results into your Snov.io CRM account. Jevu is currently offered as an internal/beta product; features, availability and limits may change without the notice we'd give for a generally-available product.
You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable recording-consent, wiretapping and data-protection laws for any meeting you record through Jevu — including informing other participants that the call is being recorded and, where required, obtaining their consent before or at the start of the call. We are not a party to your meetings and are not responsible for your compliance with these laws.
You agree not to use Jevu to:
We may suspend accounts that violate this section at our discretion.
Transcripts, summaries, action items and answers generated by Jevu are produced by automated speech-recognition and AI models and may contain errors, omissions or inaccuracies — including misattributed speakers, mistranslated or mistranscribed words, or summary details not actually said on the call. Review AI-generated output before relying on it or sharing it, especially before pushing it into your CRM or sending it to a client.
Jevu relies on third-party providers to operate — including Google (Calendar, Sign-in), Recall.ai (meeting-bot infrastructure), OpenAI and Anthropic (transcription and AI summaries), and Snov.io (CRM). Your use of those integrations is also subject to the respective third party's own terms. We aren't responsible for outages, errors or policy changes on their end that affect Jevu.
We retain all rights in the Jevu software and platform. As between you and us, you retain ownership of the meeting content you upload or record; you grant us the license needed to process it (transcribe, summarize, store, and — where you enable it — push to your CRM or email it to chosen recipients) solely to provide the service to you.
We treat your meeting content as confidential and use it only to provide and improve the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. We don't share it with other customers or use it to train third parties' general-purpose models under our current provider agreements.
Jevu is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability — reflecting its current beta status.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on AI-generated transcripts or summaries. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of Jevu is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim (or, for a free/beta account, USD 100).
You may stop using Jevu and request account deletion at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access to the service, in whole or in part, at any time — including to comply with law, protect the service, or if Jevu is discontinued.
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continuing to use Jevu after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operation of this service, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
